Regarding request delivery date

HI Gurus,

When creating the Sales order with reference to the Quatation the system is proposing the Request delivery date by adding six days.

For example in the Quatation the Requested delivery date is 12.04.2011 and creating the sales order by copying the quatation

the system is proposing the Request delivery date as "18.04.2011 and it is adding 6 days to original requested delivery date in the quatation.

The issue is why the sytem is taking 6 more days? and from where it is taking?

I checked the sales document types and there settings are ok.

What is request delivery date if you create with out reference of quotation??

have you checked sales document type whether any leads days miantianed there??

If the order is created with out copying the quatation the request delivery date is coming 12.04.2011.

i checked the sales document type setting they are fine

check any custom requirment is there for copy conrols in Copying requirements for transferring business data in header from QT to OR.
