The status "Released" of BP in Pre-Screening

Dear,experts:

In ROS_PRESCREEN , we can get the all status of the BP . like :Accepted ,Rejected ,New ,Released ,Locked.

The "New" status is the initial status ;

Accepted -st_purchaser accept the regesting supplier

Rejected-st_purchaser reject the regesting supplier

Now ,what doesthe status "release" mean ?And how can chang the status to release"?

Bestregards!

Alex!

Hi Alez,

Status released means : After accepting the vendor, once the purchaser creates a BP for this partner in SRM and then flags it as a 'Portal supplier' (pushes it back to ROS client), then the status becomes released.

Hi,

In your ROS client, open up the BUT000 table. This table has a field called 'Not released'.

HI,Nikhil

Thanks for your quick reply ,but I am sorry that it may be not right like you said .

I do the test :

If the status is "rejected" or "new" ,the field 'Not released' will be "X"

Accepted -" "(empty).

Hi Alex,

I hope you are checking this in your ROS client and not your SRM client.

Only after we create a BP for the accepted supplier, and flag it as a portal supplier does the status of the 'Not released' flag change. This is what I had observed.

Not sure how the status is changing immediately after the accept action in your case.
