how to get the output/print preview of manual invoice template.

Hi All,

I have got the Doc number,

Customer,

Company Code

Plz help me how to get the name of the invoice form so that i can generate output or have a preview of it.

Hi,

Goto the T.Code VF03.Enter the invoice Number.

Click on Goto>Header>Output.

Check whether your required output is triggered or not.If not press F4 on the output.List of outputs will be displayed(which were assigned to your invoice type).Select the required one and maintain the value as "4" in further data.

Save.

In the initial screen of invoice(where you are entering the document number),click on Billing document-->Issue output to.

Check the output and click on print preview to view the print preview.
