SAP GUI for HTML: could not set focus on window1

HI Experts,

We are facing a issue with ITS.

we have a custom transaction opened as a ITS screen.

This screen has 3 buttons, each of which opens a web dynpro ABAP application, displaying the uploaded PDF file.

Things work as expected, when we click on the first button i.e a Web dynpro app opens(in a seperate window) and displays the uploaded pdf.

When we close this window and click on the second button , we get a message in status bar of IE saying 'SAP GUI for HTML: could not set focus on window1'..and nothing happens.

Have anyone of you faced any similar issues?

Whats your BASIS and Kernel versions?

You may need to implement SAP note

[1270275 SAP GUI for HTML: Focusing new external windows|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1270275 ]

via SNOTE, publish the WEBGUI (and the

SYSTEM) internet service via SE80, invalidate mimes and templates

(system-wide) via SITSPMON.

Does this resolve the issue?
