no impact in SNC, but you should be just changing one of the two values, either the shipping or the delivery time, and the other one system determines based on your rules (leadtime).
yes of course, the change will be moved to the approriate delivery date, so basically it will move within the firm receipt key figure to a different time bucket.
tracking is also done automatically, you would see your changes in the Replenishment Order history screen, provided you save your change. You would than have that when was the truck load created and then whent it was changed and when published and so forth..
