Problems during SRM Configuration

Hi there,

we've got some problems due to oure SRM 5.5 installation.

First, after we checked all of oure services, it is not possible to log on via the browser in another language than english.

Second problem is, when we try to make an auction out of bid, then the dropdown field with the transaction type is empty.

Does anybody of you has an idea?

If so, please let me know.

Hi,

To include all the languages in the dropdown for “Language “field on the Login page, with report RSCPINST (NLS installation tool) you have to maintain the added languages.Hope this helps..
