Dear all
I have done necessary setting inv/40 ( a new output type ) and vv31 record
given mail id in customermaster and in communication method and scot shedule
the job sitll mail is not generating.

Check all these things 1) In Nace check the settings 2) Ask your basis guy to check the mail settings 3)Check in scot and sost 4)Check the header out put status ,Post if you need more help in this.
