CJI3 is giving actuals of WBS which were not selected

Hi,

I am trying to run report CJI3 for a set of WBS but the report is comming for lower level WBS. For eg there is actual posting for level 4 WBS and i am giving level 3 in selection criteria and the report is showing level 4 WBS. Is it right bcos our client wants to see only the values for WBS which they have selected.

Please advice.

Hi,

Can you please check on selection screen of CJI3 > DB Profile function on application bar > Check settings for WBS Element section for Incl. Hierarchy Check box and try once again?

hi satish,

The report cji3 displays actual lines items on partical wbs for which material/services consumed. even if you select project or top level wbs it shows those wbs elements which has actual posting made through good receipt or fi posting etc. if your client request to see only the values for WBS which they have selected then s_alr_87013533.
