0CRM_SALES_ORD_I Poor Performance in BW

Hi,

we have a serious problem of performance on extractor 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I in BW from CRM.

To improve performance, we have tried several tests with various Packet Size but for extract 1.000.000 records and recorded only in PSA the execution time is 9h. The next step for update DSO has employed around 6days.

Could you give us some other suggestions about this issue?

CRM to BW --> check if you can create index for tables in source system

PSA to DSO--> check the control parameter values and increase the package size, if you have enough bandwidth load the data in parallel

tcode: rsodso_settings > Change Process Params - choose Dialog with "Parallel Generators" under Parallel Processing

Depending on number of workload observed and WPs configured in your system, configure more than 2 processes for Parallel Processing.
