STO was cancelled in R/3 but remains blocked in GTS

Hello Master,

STO was cancelled in R/3 but remains blocked in GTS. Can you please advise how to clear it ? Error is "Could not find any Export license.

As its cancelled in R/3, its no longer needed to be in GTS. Either you can delete the document from the table with the help of ABAPer or release the block manually by mentioning the reason.
