when trying to print of shippment ,its gives two copies. for this we user has to change it to 1 copiy every time.
how can we change the default setting to 1. and suggest if this is hard coded.
its an 3.1 system.

check condition record for output in communication tab, no of messages change from 2 to 1
Hi,
Goto the T.Code "VV22".Enter your output type.Select valid combination.
Goto communication tab.
Check the Numebr of messages maintained.I think it is "2".Change this to "1".
