ccms agents

Hi,

I have installed SAPCCM4X agent in satellite system.Installation finished successfully.

I have started the services.But sapccm4x agent goes down automatically.

satellite system is on Windows .

Please guide me.

Hi

There are lots of posiblites even if your user doesnt have enough auth to register the agents also it got fail

Sometimes unicode,not unicode version also play here. Check did you download proper agent.

Please provide the gateway logs and check the sapccm4x logs ( sapccm4x.install.log and sapccm4x.log ) at OS level (/DVEBM*/log directory )
