Messages in Scheduled Status

Hi all,

We have many messages in Sceduled category on the production system. The Status symbol is not as it is for a scheduled message. It reads as "Log version". Please let me know how to clear these kind of messages from SXMB_MONI.

I guess you are talking about Synchronous Messages, if yes then you cannot do anything (as per my experience) with these messages. Log Version can happen due to delay in response or due to some network issue. Since there are no queues created for synchronous messages therefore need not to worry about these messages because if the user does not get any response he/she will send the request message again.

Please ignore above explanation if it is not about Synchronous message.

Thanks for the Explanation Sarvesh.. It is indeed a synchronous scenario.. and there is nothing in SMq1,2.

As you said, i am waiting for the users to create a ticket of something.. thanks again..

Hi Yashwanth,

If the messages are in scheduled state then the messages might stuck or still in the queue. Check SMQ1 and SMQ2.
