I have recieved an issue from client.

'Sales Order cannot deduct inventory for free Item'

Kindly suggest what could be the possible reasons for this issue and what tcodes should i use for analysis.

Hi Rahul,

If free item category doesnot need to PGI, then check schedule line category assigned to

item category . So. check it into VOV6 and ensure no movement type is assigned there.

Can you kindly share the system response why system don't reduce the inventory

in T.code [0184]

if you configure the free goods concept correctly i don't think so any probelm should be there

Material document will generate after PGI only so kindly check the configuration agian

and share the system response
