Hi all,
For a 01 inspection type material, i had activated the indicator 100% Inspection in the QM view.
If we set this indicator, the system should treat the inspection lot size as the sample size.
But while result recording, the unit to inspected is always 1.
Kindly advice
Regards
Hari
Hi,
1.Check the material master Base unit of measure & Task list sample unit of measure in Insp plan, Both units should be same.
2.Maintain the sampling procedure & Make sure that sample size should be 1.
3.After updating, Check with the new Insp lot for RR.

Praz

Hi,
Check whether the result recording is for Summerized recording.

Check that you are only looking at new inspection lots. Previously created lots will not be updated.

Check the sample size of sampling procedure in the inspection plan at transaction QP02.
If you use the sampling procedure, it has more priority than QM view of material master.
