SUS PO confirmations.

Hi masters of SRM

Into SUS client the vendor make Confirmation of New PO the status is confirmed.

problem.

the message PurchaseOrderConfirmation_out ist send to SRM EB with status sucessfully

no message error is found neither SRM/SUS or SRM/EBP in sxmb_moni transaction but in bbp_pd transaction on ebp client no found for bus2232.

any confiuration is required ?

you need to check in the transaction 'BBP_PD' in the purchasing system ( SRM ) with object_type equal to 'BUS2209'. and also check in the Purchase order --> tracking tab which will show all the documents linked to the PO

check the Number Range:

SRM Server - Cross-Application Basic Settings - Number Ranges - Supplier Self-Services Number Ranges - Define Number Ranges for Confirmations

Check the IDOC configuration:

PurchaseOrderConfirmation_Out
