prevent MVT 105 as long as the UD is not taken

Hi all,

I need your help regarding the following,

My scenario is as follow:

GR at block stoch is to be done with MVT 103, then goods will be placed at the block stock and inspection lot (01) will be created.

after the UD the accepted stock will be transfered to unrestircted by 105 through the UD. the rejected quantity is to be returned to the vendor through the UD too.

the point is GR at block stock differ from the normal GR (01) in the following,

105 which is MVT from block to unresticted can be done through the QM and MM too. so if UD is not taken the system allows MM to perform 105 even the inspection lot is not closed.

i found usir exit QAAT002 but i do not know how to use it and i do not know either it helps in prevent 105 befor UD or not?

something is not right in your movement types.

Here is how standard SAP process is

1. Use movement 103 movement to receive PO in GR blocked stock

No inspection lot is created

2. Move material from GR blocked to own stock using 105 movement

This movement is identical to 101 movement. SAP will create Inspection lot if QM is activated.
