Hi,
In RZ20, under Spool System, the UsedNumbers value was up at 95%.
I have SAP_REORG_SPOOL running every night, and yet the value was still at 95%.
I've manually run report RSPO0041 via SE38, changing some of the criteria to delete all completed requests older than 30 days.
This has brought the UsedNumbers value down to 34%.
So I presume, the default criteria specified in RSPO0041 is not being met yet (we've only been live for 2 months).
How do I check this and indeed, how do I change this?
Thanks.
Hello Paul
If you have already done the deletion of the spool kindly run consistency check once.
You can define a new Variant for the standard program and add that as part of the daily background job.
In Variant you can define spool older than any number of days you want.
I hope that should help you.
Regards
Vivek

Hi All,
Yes you should have both reports RSPO1041 with a variant for say 10 day delete and also another program for this job is RSPO1043 with variant for 66 day delete option on it this should be scheduled using standard sap jobs from client 000.
Also check consistency using Tcode SM65 -> goto Additional Tests and select Consistency check and remove inconsistencies.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Macherla
Hi,
Why don't you use report RSPO1041 instead of report RSPO0041 ? Please check SAP note 130978.
Thanks
Sunny

Are you aware of the infamous Year-2010-Bug ?
