Macro to Copy values from one location to another.

Dear All,

Im trying to create a macro that can copy values in a Key Figure from one characteristic location to another location.

For Eg:

KF (Forecast) Loc (A021) - 100

Then copy to

KF (Forecast) Loc (MA01) - 100

Kindly note that we dont want to use the Copy function to achieve this, as this will require maunal intervension of step creation.

You may try to use the standard transaction /SAPAPO/TSCOPY to copy one KF to another one isight planning are. This can also be scheduled in background to run regularly.

Hi,

Im aware that we can use realignment functionality to copy values from one location to another. However I was trying for another work around, as this will require the user to maintain realignment step.

Kindly suggest how this can be achieved using a macro.

Try using function ACT_LOCATION() within "copy" of macro.

For this you can not have the macro. You need to realign the values.Macro can copy the values between key figures for a particular character selection.
