Purchaser want to change the Rfx response.

Dear all,

I have a issue about "Purchaser change the Rfx response",the bidder submit the response,when all bidder submit it,the purchaser cant be change the Rfx response,Now the purchaser have authorization for BBP_QUOT_BOB.,and the bidder "Permit proxy bidding" flaged,when the purchaser Responses and Awards the Rfx,he can Register it,But he cann't change the Rfx Response.

our system:

You have to also check "RFx Respondent Can Change RFx Responses" on RFx header. If you don't have this checkbox checked on RFx, the response has to be "returned" for respondent to change it. If you have done so, try to see if the respondent (bidder) can change their own bid. If they can, but purchaser can't change it on bidder's behalf, then there might be an issue.

UPDATE: I tested in our SRM7 SP8 environment and the functionality worked fine. If it is still an issue in your system, I'd suggest that you upgrade to the latest SP level (10) as SP02 seems to be very old.
