PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 is send before the PO is released

Hi,

We are working in SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 EhP4.

We are using the service PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 to send PO from ECC to SUS. In ECC all the PO has a release strategic, but the PO is send to SUS before it have been approved.

And also, when you confirm the PO in SUS, the service PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 is sending again like an infinity loop.

Do you know what I can do to solve this issue?

We solved with note 1589116

There is same issue in my project with yours..

but the PO message can not transfer to SUS after I import this notes.. do you have any suggestions about that..

Hi Bill,

Along with the note 1589116, we applied Note 1600391 also. XMl triggers when Po is created , btu to trigger SOA only when the PO is finally approved , we have to carry out enhancement, can be done in the BADI-

PUR_SPOT_SE_PURCHASE_ORDER .

This solved our problem.
