Reorganization Tablespaces

Hello, gurús,

I am new on SAP, so I want to know if any of you can help me...

I have in my SAP environment these tablespaces (excepting the Oracle´s tablespaces):

PSAPSR3700

PSAPSR3

PSAPSR3USR

Perhaps this is correct, and the system find ok, but I would like reorganizing, in particular the PSAPSR3 tablespace, because it has the mayority of tables and indexes, and its size is more than 1TB. I am thinking in split this tablespace as follow:

PSAPSR3BIGTABLESD

PSAPSR3BIGINDEXESI

PSAPSR3SMALLTABLESD

PSAPSR3SMALLINDEXESI

What do you think? Is a good idea?

Take a look at "Multiple vs 1 Tablespace"

I think that threat gives you most of the answers.
