Customer master validation

Hi,

We have a requirement to upload around 1500000 customer masters from another SAP database extract with field tanslations rules apply for some fields. We have created LSMW programs for the same.

Now before uploading the data into SAP we are looking forward to validate the extract into MS access.

What are the different ways through which we can built the validation in Access e.g. convert the whole data in MS Access and transform the data as per new mapping rules and present to users before uploading or simply validate and present error log to users.

What are the recommended ways for validation of customer data in either XLS or Access.

Why not do a data mock in testing system first to know what kind of data might be invalid? It is hardly possible to validata so many customers outside SAP.
