CUP-Superuser Access

Hi,

I configured SPM FireFighters successfully.

I now integrating SPM with CUP.

I Completed Integration as per the SAP document.

I created a request for superuser access..request created and moved to

next stage i.e approver (i created a user as same name as SPM Owner in

backend system).

I logged to Approver and Approve the request.. and request closed.

but the Firefighter ID is not assigned to user requsted?

Please provide solution ASAP

Ram.....what is the error message you get.Do you have auto provisining set to 'end of the request'.

I tried with this also "Auto Provisioning at the End of Request"

Same problem i got...!!

Any other sugesstions..?

Have you uploaded the correct initial files for SP13?

Two questions here, Whats your SP level? And did you assign the action SUPER_USER_ACCESS to the request type?

Hi Chinmaya,

SP level is 13 and

i used Superuser access workflow request type "super user access" with CUP default Approver determinator firefighter owner.

Hi Sreeni,

Did you created the Firefighter id and assigned the respective Owners and controles to FFID in Virsa table correctly in the backend system.

once completed the FireFighter set up in backend system, then you can create the Mapping request( Dailog id to FFid) through CUP.

There is one optin appearing(Firefighter tab) while creating cup request, at that stage you need to select/search the FFid and system & dates as well as.

Problem is only when trying to assign FF ID to users through CUP workflow.
