can't open shopping cart because approver is deleted

Hi All,

The secretary of the general manager has married and changed her name. A college has deleted her user account and created a new one with a new name. Unfortunately she did a lot of approvals in the approval workflow for her boss with the old user. All the high valued shopping carts can’t be opened any more as the system says “user not in orgstructure or deleted”. Could you please give me a guidance how I can access this shopping carts again.

Hi,

the workflows ended correctly and there are correct requisitions in R/3. The problem is that this shopping carts include historical relevant data like approvers or documents. Is there a posibility to regenerate the old user and edit some tables so that the shopping carts get consitent again?
