Default value for "PP Plng Procedure"

Hi,

After transferring the Materials to APO, as a default the Product has the "PP Plng Procedure = 2 (Manual without check)". Can I change this default Value to "4" (Planning in Planing Run)? As a default, I need all my Products to have "4" as Plng Procedure after transferring from R3 to APO.

Would be Thankful for your suggestions.

Hi Srikanth,

You can use the CIF User Exit either at ECC side or APO side to set the PP planning procedure as default value = 4.

On ECC side there is one User Exit for the same CIFMAT01 in which,you need to change the value going in RRP_TYPE field in CIF_MATLOC structure.

On APO Side, you can use the CIF User Exit, APOCF001 or Badi SMOD_APOCF001 which is depend on your current version of SCM.

I hope this will help you to set the value of PP planning procedure default 4.

Hi,

You can change this value to 4 ( planning in the Planning run) thru MASSD . But check whether this can be done thru CIF itself.
