Shopping Cart without approval is always Waiting Approval

Hi experts

i've activated the standard delivered BC set '/SAPSRM/C_SC_600_000_SP04' through T.code SCPR20 for Shopping Cart without Approval

But into ShC monitor the status is "Awaiting Approval" by "system".

I've defined Back-end document like Purchase Requisition, i've defined Number Ranges, i've scheduled report "get status" and "cleaner" but the Shopping Cart is always awaiting approval.

Am i loosing any steps? Into WF i suppose?!?!?

Hi Andrea,

Please check the following:

- Transaction SWU3 - automatic workflow customizing, is everything set-up (correctly) and status is therefore green?

- Use transaction SCPR20 to re-initiate and active the standard BC set. It has happened for me that when having problems re-activating the BC set resolved and ensured correct workflow behaviour.

Hi,

Check you event type linkages in SWE2.. The below two entries much be Linkage Activated..

ABAP Class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO READY_FOR_RELEASE SRM_PROCESS_START

ABAP Class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO READY_FOR_WORKFLOW WS40000014

Sometime event linakge has been broken when you activate the BCSET..

i've defined correctly Linkage Event...but...nothing changes

always in awaiting approval

i'm investigating yet...
