Hi everybody,
when i try to send a delivery note via email to a debtor i get the following error message (with red lights) in the processing log in vl02n:
No communication type from strategy CS01 could be used
Communication type cannot be used
Has anybody an idea for that??
TIA
Christian
Hi Christian,
Please can you check note 1524684 ?
If the same case still persists, please look at the follow note:
129643 Invoice verification: Creating message records
318189 Message output Log-IV: Medium 5 - Send externally
635548 MRKO: Subject line not filled when sending E-Mail
For reference, you can use the standard program to compare the code and test your scenario.
I hope it can help you.

Hi Ruy,
thanks for your reply, but i think that the notes you've posted don't solve my problem ...
We are already sending emails to customers, f.e. orders, purchase orders and so on ... In that cases everything is working fine, also with the communication strategie CS01.
Do you have any other idea??
TIA!
Christian
Problem is solved ... the users in the WM department had forgotten to maintain
the email in the adress data of the storage location.
THX for all you help!
