How field VBRP-WAVWR is updated?

What logic SAP uses to update the field VBRP-WAVWR? Is it copied from VPRS condition type? What if there are more than one Cost condition (category 'G') on a Pricing procedure?

Your findings is correct. In your pricing procedure, wherever you assign Subtotal "B" to any condition type, that will be considered for field WAVWR.
