Can anybody provide me study material or link on how to use solman because right now i'm creating ticket through production server by generating support message.

You can find information on http://service.sap.com/rkt> SAP Solution Manager> Your Version and then use OKP's to understand more about solution manager with SAP Tutors and PDF's
