SUS PO confirmations.

Hi masters of SRM

Into SUS client the vendor make Confirmation of New PO the status is confirmed.

problem.

the message PurchaseOrderConfirmation_out is not send to SRM EB

no message error is found neither SRM/SUS or SRM/EBP in sxmb_moni transaction

any confiuration is required ?

Hi Oscar,

Pl check if the Event Schema is defined for transaction type PO confirmation. Else maintain the following entries.

Go to SRM IMG>SRM Server> Cross Application Basic settings> Event and Event Schema for Alert Management>define events.

SUS PO Confirmation

ASN_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED : The Deadline for Sending a Shipping Notification for a Confirmed Purchase Order has Expired

CONF_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED : Following Performance of a Service, the Service Entry was not Created on Time

ERROR_OCURRED : An Error has Occurred

SENT : SENT

Hello Srm Masters,

I see after EHP7 upgrade few fields like workorder ,Store name ,Number are getting truncated.

Can you where i can see this screen and how to solve this.

thanks Nikhil. the parameter was not settup are SENT. I was create new value on event and message is correctly migrated to srm.

the message in SRM EB is Ok . status successfull but into bbp_pd on BUS2232 is not foud the PO sus confirnation
