Connect ECC 6.0 to External Web Service

Hi,

I want connect my ECC System to External Web Service, I am trying connecto by sproxy, I have created the RFC type G, and in connection test I get follow error:

HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED

Message no. SR000

Could you help me to fix the issue or tell me other connection type for this connect.

Hi William,

Try to test the RFC in sm59 (test connection) and after check the error in the ICM trace file (dev_icm).

You should be able to find out the root cause.

Many thanks, the issue was in firewall port for the web service.

Hello William

Kindly use the proper FQDN in the Target hostname and in Path prefix you need to provide the proper path to intended file.

The user should exist on the application you are trying to reach using HTTP connection which you are creating.

Kindly let me know the error which you are seeing. Also on SMGW check for the Logged on clients in error status.
