when login with gui no client number and user id display

Hi gurus

when i try to login with sapgui it enter into gui then when i try to see user id no user id only white space for client number and user id

let me know the soluiton

My apologies as I do not understand the question. Are you looking to automatically logon with out seeing the userid and password? If so, that would be Single Sign On (SSO) which needs setup on the backend server as well as configured within the Logon Pad.

If you are seeing the userid and client etc. Then you just need to type the client, your userid and password. It will not automatically display your userid.
