WebGUI exit button from SAP Transaction iView problem

Hi,

I'm having problems with the Exit button in the PA20 SAP Transaction iView I configured. If I configure the webgui service to display only the application toolbar, I can only navigate to the next screens and I don't have any way to go back to earlier screens.

If I configure the webgui service to display the system (Back, Exit and Cancel) buttons in addition to the application toolbar, I can navigate among the screens but problem starts when I'm back at the PA20 screen. When I click the Exit or Back button there, I will get the screen where 'Start SAP Easy Access' button is displayed. And in that screen, when I click the Exit button, I get the message 'Do you want to log off?' message. I don't want the users to go through all this.

Is there anyway for me to force a logout when the users click on any of the Exit, Back or Cancel button at the beginning of the PA20 screen?

Are you calling PA20 as a transaction iView or an IAC?

What are the parameters of the service (GUI Configuration) section when viewing the service via transaction /nSICF?
