unable to upload new device type ZHP5100 in ECC

Hi Experts,

I have been unable to upload a new device type ZHP5100.PRI file downloaded from the below URL in ECC using the standard report RSTXSCRP.

I have checked the device type radio button, then entered ZHP5100 as the object name, entered the MODE as IMPORT in the selection screen. When I execute the report a file dialog pop up opens up which asks me to locate the PRI file when I select the file from my appropriate local directory I get the following error -

Unable to open file for reading - <followed by the directory path where my device type file (.PRI) resides>.

I am using SAP ECC 6.0 with SAP_ABA software component release 700 Level 0013 with a highest support of SAPKA70013.

Please let me know where have I gone wrong.

Uploading Zxxxyyyy.PRI:

Use SE38 transaction in R/3 to execute report RSTXSCRP. Enter parameters:

Select radiobutton "device type"

Object name: Zxxxyyyy (this is the name of the device type)

Mode: IMPORT

Select radiobutton "File system: GUI"

(All other parameters with default values)

Execute report. Later, a popup window will appear, prompting you to

select the Z.....PRI file on the PC.
