SPAM upgrade issue

Hi All,

when i tried to implement spam upgrade my system was stuck and i got below error

ERROR: System FXT. Error detected 20110408005758 :

WARNING: Background job is aborted. Function: J Jobcount: 15023200 Status: A.

Check that background job RDDIMPDP is scheduled.

Please advice how to proceed further.

Login as DDIC user and schedule the program RDDIMPDP as a background job.

Execute the report RDDPUTPP or RDDNEWPP.

After scheduling the background job import SPAM again.

Please restart it again. If phase same problem again then please paste error log from /usr/sap/trans/tmp.

What is your source & target versions

check for any known issues in notes.
