Hi,

in implementation project there is a agent business how we give a link agents to customer allthe transection companey will do with agent.. in the customer master wether internal number is best or external number is best, please tllme. here who is sp,sh,bp,py....

Hi,

Agents are treated as partners in SAP, Follow partner determination and assign to customer master(Account group) or document type depending on the scenario.

Internal or external numbering can be decided along with the client based on their current legacy system and comfort level.

All the above partner function mentioned (BP,SH,PY,SP) are defaulted partner of a single customer.
