TIFF is shown inside document viewer since 7.20

Hello,

we're currently testing for upgrading SAP GUI from 7.10 to 7.20 PL4.

Now we faced following different behaviour:

When we open a document via "Services for object" in transaction FB03, TIFF documents will open inside the document viewer and not with Windows Photo & Image Viewer.

The problem we have here is that it's not possible to save a local copy.

How can we show TIFF documents with Windows Photo & Image Viewer again?

I spend the whole last day to search for a solution, but wasn't able to find one.

Your help is really appreaciated!

Hi Marcel,

please got to transaction OAG1 and unset the flag "inlcude ECL control". Without this flag the TIF file should be displayed in the external viewer again.
