CUP- Functional area of role not showing in select role attributes for CAD

Hi Gurus,

While creating CAD Type=Attribute with work flow Type= 'CUP' in production system (configuring newly), Functional Area of Role not showing in Select Role Attributes. But the Functional Area of Role is showing in Quality system. In Prod the service pack is SP5 and in Quality service pack is SP12. Ami I missing any configuration and is there any file I have missed to upload. Please give your valuable suggestion.

Hi,

You will have to create the functional area into CUP also.

For creating the functional areas, follow the below navigation.

CUP-->Configuration-->Roles-->Attirbutes-->Functional Area.
