Strategy &1 did find any approver in Shopping Cart Approval

Hello Experts,

The SRM system has been recently upgraded to 7.0 version. The issue is in the shopping cart approval- Approval Process Overview. When the shopping cart is created, we are able to see the Technical Approvers and Financial approvers in the Approval process Overview in the SRM portal.

1. But when the technical approver approves the shopping cart, the approvers disappears and we are getting a message Strategy &1 did not find any approver in the Technical Approver .

2. Similarly, when the financial approver approves, we are getting value or text as system in this field.

I have gone through this forum, but was not able to get any proper information.

Kindly request you to suggest me some inputs(like whether to implement some BADIs etc,.) on this issue.

Hi,

check correct role has been assigned, what do you see the SLG1?, when technical approver approve the SC, system some how lose the documents details.. debug the workflow code while the technical approver approve the sc..
