Chinese Standard Language (ZF) not appearing in SE63

Dear Team,

Iam having a problem when i maintain the language translation for Smart Form ( English - Chinese Standard ).

Iam selecting the source language as EN and the target language as ZF++. When try to click on edit button iam getting the message "Target Language Invalid".

Also when i do F4 help in Target Language field, the language ZF is not appearing .

However in the F4 search help shows ZF language for Source language field.

Looks to me that some issue with language installation.

Need your help to solve this issue.
