I am not sure what exactly you intend but
If you want to turn off auto UD simply remove the "auto UD " in QM view of inspection type
While enabling QM Procurement view in MM01, in inspection type assignment like 01,06,07,08,89 and so on, in that inspection assignment type better disable autoUD which is at the bottom.
