Hello,
Our client has a case where, the BOM header item & Sub items are appearing in delivery. Now when the header material is not in stock, during ATP the user selects CONTINUE option. Due to this, Delivery Date for Group field is blank for header item but it is appearing for sub items as they are in stock. (not that both the header item & sub-items are created a Standard Item Type).
The requirement is that if, the header item cannot be delivered, then system should also block the sub-items from delivery, which is not happening in above case. Since the subitems have delivery date for grp, system allows to create the delivery for these without the header item.
Following configuration is done at item category level:
Header item category Sub-item category:
ZKP1 ZKP2

Manual alternative yes blank
Am I missing any customing, which can address this ? Do let me know if more info is required.
Hi,
Maintain in the item cat: delivery group as X and in the customer master maintain the complete delivery,then system will propose the next available date for delivery as a group.
