The only way to work with more than one task list create at the same time is using u rgent correction (SDHF) documents. It has H* task list which is create for each u rgent correction document.

At any given point, 1 project will have 1 task list.
But, 1 project can have another task list once the existing task list has been closed. This is applicable to Maintenance Project.
Why would you even want to have more than one?
