Agent assignment based on reporting line

Hi,

Process controlled workflow needs to be implemented for the client for SC and PO. The approval needs to based on reporting line. where the requisition er belonging to one company code/ department may be reporting to a supervisor in a separate company code/ department.

1) Will the Responsible Resolver Filters are available in standard RR_REPORTING_LINE_UNIT work?

2) what settings needs to be made in the organization structure?

3) what enhancements needs to be made to the standard workflow?
