How do we implement commission process where sales agents gets a percentage based on their sales collection?
Hi,
U can try with rebates.Set up rebate agreements per commision agent with the commission agent as the rebate recepient(This will mean setting up your agents as customers rather than vendors). You will need to configure some rebate condition types to fit your needs and add then to your pricing procedure with a requirement routine for invoices only.
Create rebate condition records where you define a 5%(Eg) rate.
As invoices are created, 5% of the value are accrued to the rebate agreement for all applicable invoices.
Periodically (ie monthly) you can then pay the agent by creating a rebate settlement which triggers a credit memo to the agent.
