Migrate Service Desk messages from one SolMan to another

We have recently undergone a clean install of Solution Manager. We had an older Solution Manager system (SP04) where Service Desk messages had been logged. We would like to move the existing messages from the older system onto our new one (SP25). Does anyone have experience or documentation on how to do this?

Hi

there are some ways you can proceed

1. can proceed with the system copy.

2.else use the service desk API via transfer ticket by ticket,check abt APi on the sap note 962383

3. There are other 3 posiblities given in the thread [import support desk message|; can help,
