Favorites button missing in User Interface UI

Hi Guys, we have IDM 7.1 installed.and configured but I am not able to see favorites button when I click on Choose task in UI.

Does anyone know how to make that button appear in UI?

I think favorites are stored in the SAP IDM database. When you delete a user in the database, the favorites are deleted as well and you need to create them using the SAP IDM web interface.

I am also not seeing the add to favorites or refresh buttons in the UI. Where exactly do I go to add it?

The button isn't just grayed out / disabled? It's actually just NOT THERE? So the only buttons you see are "Choose Task" and "Cancel"?

In your last response, you mentioned this issue was fixed for you now? Farhan, could this be related to your problem as well? Did you recently update to SP5?
