Change Settings for User Request page for Password Self Service in CUP

Hello,

We use GRC 5.3 with SP07

In CUP user request page

https://<host>:port/AE/index.jsp ,when I click on Password Self Service it shows "Use your Network User ID to login"

Is there anyway to change this text to represent something .Did anyone perform such changes.

Hi Uday,

this sounds to me that you haven't configured the password self service in the configuration tab within CUP.

Have a look into the AC 5.3 Configuration Guide for all steps.

Or are you using SSO?

Thanks for the reply Frank.

Maybe I wasn't clear with my question.

I only want to change the text "Use your Network User ID to login" nothing else and I have already read the config guide and it doesn't state anything about it and also we are not using SSO.

The login is based on the CUP authentication source that you defined.

You can't change the text (as long as you're not modifying the initial XML files), but you can switch between LDAP, SAP and UME.
