two sales org

there is 2sales org all the orders will take from head office,, but in the dispatch time will know which orginization it is moving then how i have to configre

Hi Prasad

We create a Sales order for a Sales Org and in your case is the Head Office. Now, if your requirement is to change it to a different Sales Org at the time of dispatch, then that is not possible in SAP. But what you can try and do is at the time of Order booking, have a dummy plant and create the order. When you decide on the Sales org that need to deliver, then change the plant to the one from the new Sales org. Finally there will be a intercompany billing also involved.

Go back and check if you are doing the right thing. May be you can have one Sales Org and define different Sales Office. And you can change the Sales Office in MASS transaction as needed.

but here sales people(who are punching the order in head office) they donot no in the time of punching order which org is going

once it reach to plant ( manifacturing Unit) this people decide which org it has to delivery.. so please tellme how i have to do
